Job Summary 

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the full life cycle recruiting for AYR Wellness corporate positions. Supporting our commitment to “Hire the Best” the Senior TA Partner will build and deepen diverse candidate talent pipelines and ensure that actions and communications are in support of, and contribute to, an excellent candidate experience. 

Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for assigned positions from requisition to offer stage, including but not limited to; posting positions, conducting in-take meetings with hiring manager, creatively sourcing passive candidates and interview /review those who apply, schedule interviews, gather interview feedback, follow up with candidates, initiate references and pre-close offers. 
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver the strongest results and make sure we're bringing top talent into the business. 
  • Partner with client groups to determine needs for developing a pipeline of candidates for specific positions. 
  • Provide regular communication on progress of roles to business and VP Talent and is the main point of contact for candidate throughout recruiting process and follows up and follows through on commitments. 
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines 
  • Utilize ATS to facilitate the interview and hiring processes, accurately capturing data in real time 
  • Seek continuous improvements to enhance the services of the Talent and People Ops team. 

Qualifications 

  • A minimum of 5 years + progressive full cycle recruiting experience for a variety of roles in a fast-paced customer-centric environment 
  • Subject matter expert in Sourcing and Talent Assessment.  
  • Experience and passion for building diverse candidate pipelines with deep level of knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion recruiting best practices. 
  • Proven ability to deliver a memorable candidate experience and act as the primary advocate for candidates leading them through the recruiting and interviewing process. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 

 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Equivalent combination of work/education experience accepted 

 

Experience 

  • 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting experience both in an agency and corporate environment.
