What You'll do:
A successful Account Manager's day is dynamic and multifaceted. It begins with a proactive analysis of campaign performance within their portfolio, followed by strategic optimizations to enhance ROAS and ensure budget fulfillment. Your day involves pulling comprehensive reports and distilling key insights, preparing for 30-minute data reviews where they present findings to clients. Client satisfaction is a top priority, requiring you to gauge the perceived value of Jane's Digital Merchandising offering and address any concerns. You will craft persuasive proposals and media plans for increased client investment is a crucial aspect, showcasing their strategic thinking. You will be collaborating in daily standups with the Account Management team fosters cohesion, while cross-functional collaboration with Jane's Content, Product, and Data Science teams ensures seamless campaign operations. Constant vigilance is maintained over campaign health, with proactive adjustments and bug troubleshooting in the reporting dashboard, all geared towards consistently impressing clients. You will report to the Manager of Account Management, Media.

Responsibilities

    • Educate brands on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive sales within Jane
    • Work with partners on understanding their brand's story, goals, and existing media strategy to craft a strategy and recommendation
    • Evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data
    • Deliver outstanding customer business experience to Jane's brand partners
    • Implement creative ways to improve our brand relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Jane products
    • Communicate with brands proactively, via phone and email
    • Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, Marketing and Product teams to communicate and help prioritize customer needs regarding features, service, support and collateral

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 2-5 years of experience in advertising, media, or ad tech
    • Expertise in launching, managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns
    • Proficiency with Excel, pivot tables and VLookups
    • Team player
    • Ability to work remotely
$75,000 - $90,000 a year
The compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually in addition to benefits and equity. The starting compensation is based on various factors such as skills, experience, training, and business needs. The range of a role and compensation provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop at Jane.
