The Role

LeafLink’s Product Management organization is seeking an Associate Director of Product Management for Core Services. This high-performing individual with a proven track record will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B marketplace, overseeing the strategy and execution of key platform products essential for a seamless user experience. Amongst other services, this includes delivering world-class Inventory, Catalog, Customer Hierarchy, Cart and Checkout, and Money Movement solutions. In addition to building remarkable products, the successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and nurturing top-tier product management talent, instilling a culture of Customer Obsession, Continuous Improvement, Ownership, and Teamwork. Finally, this high-visibility role must effectively communicate the product vision to senior leadership and the board of directors, demonstrating excellence in both written and verbal presentations. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver on the strategy and execution of critical platform products that enable a world-class B2B marketplace experience for buyers and sellers as measured by Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and NPS.
  • Intake and support the roadmaps of your partner product teams to enable their ability to develop solutions that earn Customer Trust and deliver topline growth for LeafLink.
  • Oversee the growth, development, and alignment of the Core Services Product Management team.
  • Clearly articulate the Core Services Product vision, its role within the organization, and its impact on senior leadership and stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Partner deeply with your stakeholder counterparts to ensure we are delivering a holistic Customer experience that accounts for both internal and external requirements. 
  • Deeply understand how our customers will use our products and how we streamline and simplify adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate extensively with your engineering counterparts, earning their trust and delivering iteratively on an extraordinary set of products.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • A proven track record of delivering robust products that Customers love
  • Deep technical understanding of the core technology of marketplace and eCommerce businesses including Inventory, Product Catalogs, Compliance, Accounting, and Customer Hierarchy.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • MBA Preferred
  • Deep retail industry experience is a plus
Base salary range
$155,000$200,000 USD
