- No remote work, must relocate to OR
- Travel: Up to 50% depending on time of year
- Reports to: CEO
- Compensation: $250,000 - $350,000

We want candidates with proven operational leadership experience who thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment. As a multi-state/national and international operation, we’re looking for someone who can ensure the company's goals are understood and met with enthusiasm and initiative. We’re seeking people who are passionate about their communities, the environment and caring for others. A successful candidate at Wyld will be creative and adaptable; dealing well with ambiguity, on the fly learning and demonstrating sound judgment and problem solving. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creative solutions around change and improvement; who can build large teams and maintain relationships with ease.
What Will You Work On?
As the COO, you will partner with cross functional teams to shape the work and priorities of Operations at Wyld, ensuring alignment with business strategy and supporting business outcomes. You will play a key role in developing and iterating off of our current processes by implementing, analyzing and strategizing to improve processes and new technologies that benefit the business and our employees. You will help us to grow our operational infrastructure sustainably.
Who Will You Work With
You will directly be responsible for our Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence and Technology departments. You will work closely with department leadership and on the ground teams to identify where efficiencies can be made, while looking at scalable, and sustainable plans for the future of Operations at Wyld.

Benefits
Wyld provides employees with a robust benefits package, you'll receive a competitive salary range $250,000 - $350,000, paid holidays, Unlimited PTO and fully paid health, dental, vision insurance, employee discounts, 401k and much more.
