PharmaCann Inc. is looking for an experienced data-driven and consumer centric marketer with high energy to drive a mobile first user experience and win in a fast-growing cannabis industry.

 

To drive growth to our PharmaCann brands and retail business, the CRM & Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for development for the CRM, SMS and email marketing strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  This role will continuously transform based on the user experience and set the vision for the company`s mobile and email digital road map for short and long term. This role will drive strategic growth of our mobile and email campaigns with a focus on increasing sales, acquiring and retaining subscribers, increasing customer engagement through personalized messaging and executing a test and learning agenda to maximize performance. This role will play a critical function in growing eCommerce traffic, retail sales and profit through mobile and email personalization and promotions.  The CRM & Email Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end program development, marketing planning, budget and ROI analysis and execution of campaigns.  The Manager will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to multitask in a complex and highly regulated industry. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Director.

 

 

CRM & Email Responsibilities

  • Develop actionable CRM, Mobile & Email strategies to drive sales growth
  • Focus on segmenting customer data and executing customer journeys in SFMC
  • Plan, execute and track all web analytics, manage the customer database, and own SalesForce Marketing Cloud
  • Grow sales and engagement from existing customers through personalized messaging in email & mobile
  • Partner with leaders across Marketing, Loyalty, and IT to develop the long-term SalesForce roadmap
  • Collaborate internally to develop an understanding of customer behavior, purchase frequency, and all CRM trends
  • Design and conduct market and company research, perform competitive benchmarking, identify market trends, analyze customer segmentation, and assess the Company's market position for mobile and email
  • Present key performance indicators and produce regular reports to leadership 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Cannabis experience is a plus
  • Expert knowledge with email strategies, mobile marketing, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Always learning and testing so every message has the potential to hit at the right time and the right place to the right person for the right and best result
  • Ability to develop campaign schedules, communicate deadlines, and proactively provide business insight
  • Strong technical and creative competency with the ability to learn new systems while working  with internal teams and external partners 
  • Proven experience leading, developing and launching compelling and successful campaigns
  • Strategic and creative thinker who can proactively problem solve and contribute solutions with precision with deep understanding of a digital marketing ecosystem
