The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Coordinator is responsible for organizing and executing Wyld’s volunteering events/resources, scheduling CSR programs and managing department logistics. 
 
Leading volunteering program coordination includes research, documentation, file storage, scheduling, communication, gathering data, and reporting. The coordinator will help identify outside organizations that fulfill our philanthropic mission and facilitate events that support the values and the vision of Wyld. 
 
Coordinate the CSR programs and activities (project management, company communications, scheduling, internal and external meetings, etc.). 

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Organize and lead community outreach programs, donations, volunteering, and special events that promote community involvement internally and externally 
    • Collect, organize and present volunteering information  
    • Maintain a calendar of outreach activities including community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities 
    • Create and manage digital resources (volunteering packets, Wiki, Slack, SharePoint, toolkits, photos, files, reports, surveys, etc.) 
    • Present information through verbal, written and digital communication (presentation decks, slides, PowerPoint, etc.) 
    • Write and distribute a wide range of communications (internal messages, brochures, flyers, posters, calendars, newsletters, reports, signs, etc.) 
    • Identify services, resources, and programs for marketing and promotional opportunities in consultation with the CSR Manager 
    • Support social media and marketing presence as it relates to events, initiatives, and partnerships 
    • Assist with development and execution of strategic initiatives, internal/external campaigns, and events as requested 
    • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned  

Qualifications

    •

    • Experience in communications, public relations, nonprofit program coordination, and/or equivalent educational background in a related field 
    • Must be proficient in Google Suite programs, Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), project management platforms (SmartSheet, Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp, etc.) 
    • Highly organized, flexible, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines 
    • Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written. 
    • Excellent analytical and independent problem-solving skills are necessary 
    • Self-directed individual, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to successfully coordinate multiple initiatives 
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with managers, staff and officers at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism 
    • Not afraid to take ownership; demonstrates a growth mindset  
    • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company 
    • Possess advanced mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division  
    • State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older 
    • Will be required to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report 
    • Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications  
    • Travel between sites will be required 
    • Must be willing to receive authorized vaccination against COVID-19

As a exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive salary ranging from $55,000-$65,000, 8 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401k and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
