Wyld is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to shape and support Wyld’s culture and climate through promoting an inclusive and respectful workplace, leading and communicating strategic policies, plans, development and compliance which align with the company’s Core Values and goals. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, critical thinking abilities, and a strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices. They will have strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business responsibility, and risk mitigation from a creative point of view.
 
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • As the Director of Human Resources, you will partner with cross functional teams ensuring alignment with business strategy and supporting business outcomes. You will be expected to promote Wyld’s Core Values, improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth, work to improve job satisfaction and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers, mitigate risk, structure benefit plans, maintain employee records, manage budgets and overall employment needs through development and/or facilitation of appropriate senior leader interventions (ex, team effectiveness, performance management, employee engagement, manager capability, etc). You will help us to grow our infrastructure sustainably.

You will directly be responsible for our Human Resources department, through our HR Manager, Generalists and Specialists. You will work closely with the People team, including Talent Acquisition, Culture, and Training & Development departments, Leadership across Wyld, including our Equity Leadership team, In-House and Third Party Counsel, as well as on the ground teams to identify where resources are needed.

Qualifications

    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field preferred or at least 5 years of human resource management experience required.
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
    • Highly organized, able to wear multiple hats, and accomplish a multitude of tasks in fast-moving environment 
    • Ability to maintain/manage confidential information 
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with managers, staff and executives at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
    • State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
    • Will be required to submit to a background check
    • Must obtain all state required permits, licenses, certifications 
    • Travel between sites will be required
    • Must be willing to receive authorized COVID-19 vaccination

Travel: Up to 25% travel depending on business needs
Reports to: COO/CPO
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000
